Our young men and women are being failed also by a lack of accountability and responsibility by the overseers. The Cornell Police acted like an HR Dept. of a Company. I learned the hard way in my younger years that HR is not there for you. They are there to gather your info and concerns and use that to protect the interests of the Company. The Cornell Police reminded of HR.
