Corruption in any form is wrong.
When it involves taxpayer money, don't care from which party, race, ethnicity, religion, status, class, gender, it is a true violation of trust and accountability. A back and forth of whether its $1 Billion or $9 Billion should show the same outrage.
My threshold of outrage is even lower, $10 dollars. Sorry there are legitimate needs being shortchanged. The squandering of taxpayer money is totally unacceptable.
