Re the loon taking getting struck by lightning: good candidate for the now-defunct “Darwin Awards” but since he survived he’d be ineligible for the award.
Re Trump/Iran: Trump’s inability to think strategically and failure to grasp the extent of the Iranian regime’s fanaticism is the story. The Iranian regime is a match for the German Nazi party and the Japanese leadership in World War II. Trump and his advisors failed to recognize this.
Re the Memphis mother held for murder in protecting her daughter: on the face of it is justifiable by the parent and appalling to punish a parent protecting and saving a daughter.
Re WNBA and AOC: both are approaching a Monty Python skit or Saturday Night Live skit (when SNL was funny). Cheers to the former NBA players who want to try out for the WNBA.
Re DSA and the Dems: the takeover and the risks to the republic are real. Please stay on this.
The media made Fauci out to be a saint and appears he was far from that!!!! And I see on FB that some people are still blaming Trump, instead of Fauci. So many people just can't seem to get past their hate for Trump that "everything and anything" has to be his fault. Really gets old!!! I hope Fauci gets his reckoning!
Fauci was not a hero for I suspect the opposite reasons that you believe-he tried to play politician to get what he considered were approaches that he believed would save but let lies stand. We had a shortage of masks which were need for first responders instead of legally saving limited supply for those treating Covid etc spread lie that masks dont work except for hospitals-6 foot rule before they understood Covid virus was how far influenza virus travels-turns out Covid can easily travel 3-4 times as far as influenza, but kept 6 foot recommendation as one which limit damage but not prevent transmission.
