I don't have twitter, so I cannot see what Cori Bush said. But the all-time stupid statement was made by Rep. Hank Johnson in 2010 when he was concerned that Guam might capsize if too many Marines were stationed there. You have to see it to believe it.
Trump's ego is only matched by Fauci's. Both of them can't read the tea leaves and vsee that people who supported them in the past are now having second thoughts. Is too late for Fauci, but Trump has a chance to redeeming himself if he takes the same stand in Iran as he did with the border.
PS: Everyone should read Leland 's book. It is thought provoking, touching, and emotional all wrapped up in a terrific narrative.
More Congressional scandal, what a surprise! Like I said earlier, I love Election Day! Go Vote if you're able, and encourage others to do the same. It's like Christmas Eve the night of Elections. DSA aligned candidates that are winning are scary. They want to destroy the American Way. I'm seriously thinking of switching back to Independent from Republican now. I like what you say about it might be time for a third party. Sign me up!
In California, Independent voters cannot participate in the Primaries. For presidential primary elections: NPP (no party preference) voters will receive a “non-partisan” ballot that does not include presidential candidates. A nonpartisan ballot contains only the names of candidates for voter-nominated offices and local nonpartisan offices and measures. You must submit a special request to the registrar's office for a ballot with the Presidential candidates on it. Independent voters are disenfranchised in CA but may vote in contests for U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, California Assembly, Superior Court Judge, and State propositions, and may include State Senate, County Board of Education, County Board of Supervisors, and city measure(s) if you live within a district up for election. So I keep my party affiliation to have some kind of power in the primary.
I loved your book, gonna have to do the audio book too!!

The DSA are downright scary, Leland! I fear what this world will be like for my kids and grandkids 😔
i am so disgusted with all this. have they really forgotten about 9-11??? New Yorkers should be ashamed of their mayor.
Totally agree with you
If Medicare is consistent with American Values why wouldn't Medicare for All be consistent with American Values?
