Rachel and I are on our pre-vacation “health journey” — a steady diet of protein, no alcohol, few carbs and ZERO fun of any kind – I think Double Secret Probation from Animal House would be preferable.
Reality: It’s given me zero “joy”, “clarity”, “mindfullness” or any of the other happy things the health freaks get so excited about! Pray for me!
