A New Fault Line in American Politics
Plus, how Trump ends a war with a country that enjoys a religious war
REALLY??‼️: Here’s something you wouldn’t want to see coming to rescue you:
😬A robot with a chainsaw … what could possibly go wrong?
“Rolling Spy Machines”🕵️: The Chinese love giving away Chinese driverless electric cars.
🚕These Chinese robotaxis have multiple cameras and radar sensors — allowing them to collect data to send back to China’s Communist Party.
Plus the taxis can be controlled by the party
Shocking🤦: The Chinese are trying to put these robot buses and taxis around U.S. military bases
“BYD Produces 300th Bus in Lancaster; AVTA Nears 1 Million Emission-Free Miles”
Look back🔙: The Mayor of Lancaster, CA, made a deal a few years ago with BYD to build and run buses in the high desert in and around Lancaster & Palmdale.
No coincidence that’s the town closest to U.S. aerospace top-secret development (Plant 42, Edwards AFB, and beyond).
How nice: The Chinese also offered “free wifi” to everyone on the buses — with friends like those … who needs enemies.
Tonight📺: Gordon Chang on this fight against China’s robot vehicles and if America will ever stand up to the Chinese Communist Party trying to infiltrate America in many ways.
You can’t turn on the TV in D.C. without seeing ads about protecting America from these rolling Chinese spy machines

Exit strategy‼️: How does Donald Trump end a war with a country that enjoys a religious war?
💣The war is spreading across the Middle East
Iran targeted U.S. bases in Jordan
Drone strike hit U.S. gas storage tankers in Egypt
The U.S. and the Saudis hit Iran-backed militias in Iraq
Look back🔙: At the start of this war, Robert Pape came on our show with this theory of the escalation trap — that there would be this continuing escalation in Iran
👀Pape might be onto something — and there’s a way to get out of that trap that Trump won’t take.
Tonight📺: Retired U.S. Navy SEAL & Former CENTCOM Deputy Commander Vice Admiral Robert Harward on what would get Trump out of the trap.
Fighting YOLO with YOLO👊
🦸For a brief minute, John Cornyn and Thom Tillis (both outgoing Republican senators and Trump antagonists) became heroes of the resistance.
🗣️Alex Wagner and Joy Reid even gave them a shout-out on “Runaway Country”
For those of you who don’t listen — it’s Democrats’ version of Steve Bannon’s show
Maybe that’s being too kind to “Runaway Country” — I like Steve and “War Room” is far higher rated!
Tillis and Cornyn are “standing up” to Trump over his attorney general pick.
🤷It’s not working out too well (for them)
‼️Despite Trump’s dropping approval numbers, Trump bet on himself and said he would pull the nomination and wait till after the midterms
👀Sure it’s a gamble — Democrats could take the Senate — but late this afternoon, the senators met with Todd Blanche and are close to making a deal.
1️⃣ As my buddy Tony Katz likes to say, “Rule number 1 of Trump — Trump always wins.”
🤷He still unquestionably controls the Republican Party — nobody is close.
❗The resistance media will always find new heroes — it will always work out the same way for them.
Tonight📺: Trump campaign senior adviser Steve Cortes and a former White House official under President George W. Bush, Ashley Davis
The New Fault Line
➗Israel is becoming the dividing line in American politics.
The genocide charge against Israel is as preposterous as it is serious for Democrats
👀Look at Michigan — AIPAC has spent around $30 million backing Haley Stevens in Michigan’s Senate primary
📈Yet the terrorist enthusiast, Abdul El-Sayed, is leading the polls by 15 points
Must-read📰: The Economist headlines “The Michigan Senate primary is a fight for control of the Democrats,” writing
“Each candidate is trying to solve the same tricky political equation: how to add together the party’s college-educated activists and its centrists, the Democrats’ coalition since they alienated working-class white voters in Michigan as elsewhere...the biggest fear is not that, if nominated, the other one might lose to Mr Rogers. It is instead that he or she might win, tilting the balance of influence in the bitter intraparty struggle.”
Look at Wisconsin, where Francesca Hong, an unemployed bartender malcontent, will be the Democratic governor nominee
Look back🔙: We’ve seen this before in Texas with Republicans.
Tens of millions of dollars were spent to save John Cornyn from Ken Paxton — and it didn’t work.
What’s happening‼️: The activist class in the Democratic Party is giving a giant middle finger to the party’s donor class.
❗This group doesn’t care about people’s character— Michigan’s Abdul El-Sayed is unelectable
He’s objectively an awful person who mimics the talking points of Hamas and Hezbollah
🤦Yet, they will continue to support El-Sayed because of his policies:
Taking money out of politics
Medicare for all
Taxing the wealthy
They don’t trust the donor class.
Look forward⏩: Democrats face a coming crisis for the 2028 presidential election — will the activist force electable candidates to take unelectable positions or worse nominate someone like El-Sayed?
Watch tonight📺: Former Democratic adviser Dan Turrentine and former co-chair of Bernie Sanders’ 2020 campaign, Nina Turner
