Tom Reilly sered in the US cavalry in WWI, and was stationed in the Rhienland, where he met a Fraulien and had twins with her.She died in childbirth, so he gave the twins to her mother to raise.He was in the British army in WWII and lost his arms and legs in Dunkirk.He died of TB in military hospital in 1953. Where he is buried the family do not know.There is every possibility his sons were in the German Army in WWII and faught against him.
